COLIN GENE KELLEY, 76, of Spencer, WV passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 after a long illness at home with his wife and daughter by his side,
He was born in Spencer, was a Christian, a veteran of the Vietnam War and was a contractor and carpenter.  He enjoyed may things but was happiest spending time with his family, especially with his grandson collecting antiques and walks with Wrangler, his granddog.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary L. and Olen Kelley of Spencer and his daughter, Paula J. Kelley.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Kelley; daughter, Katrina Williams; son-in-law, Russell Williams; grandson, Donovan Williams; sister, Idonna (Joe) Love; sister-in-law, Pat (John) Dougherty; brother-in-law, Jay (Donna) Greathouse; and many nieces and nephews.
He loved his community and friends and will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life will be held a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Operation Firm Handshake, Veterans Helping Veterans, 831 Romines Mills Road, Lost Creek, WV 26385.
