Clemmie S. Harper, 75, of Spencer, WV passed away December 13, 2025 at Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, WV.

Clemmie was born September 27, 1950 in Spencer the son of the late Robert Madison and Velva McMullen Harper.

He enjoyed spending time with his dog and best friend, Sparky.

Left behind to cherish his memory, his sons, Wayne Harper and Madison Harper of Spencer; a daughter, Joyce Stalnaker of Fairmont; one sister, Georgia Wilson of Spencer; four brothers, Jim Harper, David Harper, Michael Harper, and Richard Harper; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six sisters, Lucille McQueen, Barbara Jarvis, Patty Darden, Betty Rohr, Jackie O'Brien, Katy Harper; three brothers, Glen Harper, Robert (Sonny) Harper, and Danny Harper.

Per Clemmie's wishes, he will be cremated.
