CHARLOTTE LOU KEIM, 74, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away September 24, 2025 at CAMC Memorial in Charleston.
She was born on August 3, 1951 in Reedy, a daughter of the late Russell and Betty Sampson.  She was a former employee of Kellwood in Spencer and attended the Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling, loved her family, and took pleasure and pride in making homemade dolls.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Barbara; and a brother, Luke.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, Harvey W. Keim; one daughter, Laurie Lynn Hill (James) of Spencer; three sisters, Judy, Caroline, Michelle; three brothers, Richard, Robbie, Gary; and one grandson, Daniel Y. Hill of Spencer.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27,2025 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Minister Kyle Lancaster officiating.  Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the funeral service.
