Charles "Charlie" "Chuckie" William Justice, Sr., 66, of Left hand, WV passed away March 7, 2024 at CAMC Memorial in Charleston, WV.

Charlie was born December 4, 1957 in Spencer, WV and is the son of Vesta Owens of Canal Fulton, OH and the late Neal Allen Justice.

Charlie was a retired United States Army veteran. He enjoyed being outdoors, tending to his chickens, dogs, goats and his cat.

Left behind to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother are his sons, Corey Justice (Jessica Pritt), Charles Justice, Jr. (Brianne Hypes) and Joshua Justice all of Left Hand; sister, Carolyn Yearian of Ohio; brother, Bobby Justice of WV; sister-in-law, Barbara Justice of Spencer; significant other, Christy Hoke of Wana, WV; special daughter, Carley Hoke of Wana; granddaughter, Chasity Justice; best friend and caregiver, Kristy Garr of Left Hand; and friend, Terrance Given of Little Pigeon, WV.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Darla Wright; step-father, Carl Owens; and brother Allen Justice.

Services will be 4:00 P.M. ~ Monday, March 11, 2024 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Anita Hypes officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
