Carol Ann Fisher, 80, of Spencer, WV passed away January 29, 2024.

She was born October 16, 1943 in Clay County, WV and was the daughter of the late Sherman and Myrtle Bird Truman.

Carol had worked at Roane General Hospital until she retired and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Left behind to cherish her memory, is her daughter, Dawn Bush of Spencer; six grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ryan, Michael, Matthew, Molly and Rachael Bush all of Spencer; four sisters, Wanda Sander of Lizemores, WV, Barbara Lloyd, Marsha Beckett and Connie Engle all of Newton; three brothers, Delmas Truman of Elkins, WV, Joe and Allen Truman both of Newton; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fisher; son-in-law, David Bush; siblings, Judy McClain, Eddie and Denzil Truman; and special friend Marlin Beckett.

Services will be 12:00 P.M. ~ Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Pastor Gene Truman officiating with burial to follow at Clover Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
