CAROL ANN FALLS, 74, of Marshall, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, West Virginia.
She was born January14, 1951 in Clay County, a daughter of the late Richard "Dick" Starcher and Radie Bragg Starcher Carpenter.  She was a homemaker.
Carol is survived by her husband, Don Falls; sisters, Daisy Boyce, Karen Bodily, and Delma Endicott; and a nephew and several nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Guy Carpenter; and a sister, Ellen Jackson.
A service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia, with Pastor Robert Keen officiating.  Burial will follow in the Carpenter Cemetery in Calhoun County.  Visiting will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
