Carl W. Frymer, 79, of Spencer, WV passed away December 4, 2021 at Miletree Center in Spencer.
He was born January 1, 1942 in Rosedale, WV and was the son of the late Bill Frymer and Josie Mace.
There will be no public services at this time and will be buried with his mother at a later date.
