Brice "BJ" Neil Kiser, Jr., 55, of Gandeeville, WV passed away October 29, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

Brice was born August 5, 1968 in Ripley, WV and is the son of Brice Kiser Sr. and Patricia Sigman Kiser of Gandeeville.

He was a 1986 graduate of Walton High School. Brice worked for E&H Manufacturing as a foreman in Gandeeville and prior at Electric Motor Services. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. But nothing meant more to him than spending time with the "apple of his eye," his sweet daughter, Olivia; she was his whole world. Brice loved spending time with his family and friends. His family had just gone on their first beach vacation this past summer.

In addition to his parents and daughter, left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of almost 18 years, Katherine "Kathy" Matics Kiser of Gandeeville; brother, Joey Kiser (Susan) of Spencer; brother-in-law, Andy Matics (Vicki) of Spencer; father-in-law, Kenneth Matics of Reedy, WV; three nieces, Stephanie and Vicki Ashley and Melissa Vealey; great-nephew and niece, Carter O'Brien and Wrenley Vealey; special friends, Dave, Amayah and "Fuzz" Marks and Lynn Proctor; and many other special friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Lessie Kiser; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Atha Dawson; and mother-in-law, Alice Matics.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. ~ Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Pastors John Ellison and Larry Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Gandeeville Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
