Brenda Kay Tawney, 68, of Walker, WV formerly of Spencer, WV passed away October 24, 2024 in Gandeeville, WV.

Brenda was born February 18, 1956 in Spencer, WV and was the daughter of the late Homer Forest Nichols and Blondenna Nichols Nichols.

Brenda loved animals, hunting and fishing.

Left behind to cherish her memory is one sister, Violet Kirkbride; and special friends and caregivers, Joyce Foster, Dana Michael and Hailey Mctheny; one niece and four nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two siblings, Louis Steven Nichols and Lisa Ann Nichols.

Private graveside services will take place at Clover Ridge Cemetery in Roane County.
