BRENDA KAY PRICE, 54, of Spencer, West Virginia died July 29, 2016 at the Cabell-Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. She was born June 20, 1962 in Spencer, a daughter of the late Charles Herbert and Margaret Lou Harris Price. She worked at Mustang Survival and formerly worked at Kellwood Company. Brenda loved horses and attended the Clover Community Church. She is survived by her husband, Joe Bailey; one daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Benny King of Spencer; four grandchildren, Brenda Faye Walker, Alexis Dawn King, Kailey Paige King, and Benny Ray King, Jr.; two sisters, Linda and Jeff Patrick of Columbus, Ohio, and Angela Price of South Charleston, West Virginia; one brother, Bub and DeeDee Price of Spencer; four nephews and one niece. There will be a visitation from 12:00 to 2:00pm Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer. A procession will leave the funeral home at 2:00pm for a private service and burial on the family farm in Spencer with Rev. Randy Whited officiating.
