BRANDON CHARLES POWELL, 24, of Spencer, WV passed away on May 28, 2019 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. He was born on May 29, 1994 in Grantsville, WV a son of Leonard Powell and Jennifer Hannah. He worked as a pipeliner. Brandon is survived by his wife Samantha Newcomb Powell; his 4 children, Dakota Powell, Julian Newcomb, Brooklyn Williams, and Arizona Starcher; several sister. There will be no services or visitation. He will be cremated. Taylor- Vandale Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
