BETTY OLENE WAYNE, 87, of Charleston, West Virginia journeyed home to be with Jesus on May 25, 2020 after a long illness. She was a dear mother, grandmother, sister, and Christian and will truly be missed. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Sue Stanley; her father, Charles Cecil Wayne; her mother, Mauga Mae Wayne; and her oldest brother, Virgil Wayne. She is survived by her three children, Barbara (Sam) Savilla, Glen (Debra) Stanley, and Rebecca (David) Myers; five grandchildren, Nancy Savilla, April Stanley, Chad Stanley, Charles Myers, and Sarah Myers; four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wilma Hern, Charlene Taylor, and Margaret Henderson; and two brothers, James (Mary) Wayne and Randall (Patricia) Wayne. After long consideration, it was decided by the family to have no services due to the environmental situation, for everyone's safety and well being at this time. No flowers will be necessary.
