Bernard Delano Kiser, 86, of Spencer passed away January 13, 2021 at Roane General Hospital. He was born on April 12, 1934 in Gandeeville, WV and was the son of the late John L. and Lessie M. White Kiser. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Reva Wilson, Woodrow "Woody" Kiser, Curtis Blake Kiser and Mildred Abbott. Left behind to cherish his memory, is his loving wife of 59 years, Velva Ruth Leggett Kiser; and two brothers, Lowell Thomas "Tom" Kiser and Brice Kiser. A graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M.~ Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Gandeeville Cemetery with Pastor Larry Jones officiating.
