B. LORRAINE PRICE, 96, of Harmony, West Virginia, passed away at home after a long illness on Saturday, June 17, 2017. She was born November 3, 1920 to the late Benton and Icy Codle Ferrell of Roane County. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Neal Price; and a sister, Beulah Tolley. Lorraine was a homemaker and ran the family store and farm and was a member of the Wolfe Valley Baptist Church. In her spare time when not working, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking, and her family. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce (Mike) Looney of Harmony and Jane (Larry) McCoy of Ravenswood, West Virginia; her grandchildren, Erin (Jamie) Myers of Monroe, North Carolina, Jenny (Justin) Saunders of Speed, West Virginia, Patrick (Casey) Looney of Harmony, and Morgan, Tyler, and Max McCoy, all of Ravenswood; and eight grandchildren, Mason, Carter, and Weston Myers of Monroe, Gage, Tanner, and Berkley Saunders of Speed, and Jace McCoy and Austin Nichols of Ravenswood. Services will be at 2:00pm Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia with Pastor Daniel McClung officiating. Burial will follow in the Ferrell Cemetery near Harmony. Visiting will be Monday from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
